What we see in the Flagler County market
Flagler County is dominated by Palm Coast — a planned community built out in phases from the 1970s through the 2000s, which means whole sections of similar-era, similar-style single-family homes. Flagler Beach and rural Bunnell round out the county with older coastal and inland properties that don't fit the Palm Coast mold.
Tired landlords (Palm Coast has a large concentration of rental properties), inherited properties, and out-of-state owners are common Flagler situations, often involving a Palm Coast rental that's been managed from a distance for years.
