What we see in the Lakeland market
Lakeland is one of our strongest markets, with a wide range of housing stock — historic Dixieland and Cleveland Heights bungalows near downtown, 1960s-80s single-stories around Lake Hollingsworth and Lake Parker, and newer growth corridors on the city's north and south edges. That range means we see everything from century-old character homes to properties built within the last couple of decades.
Inherited homes from longtime Lakeland families, tired landlords, divorce situations, and pre-foreclosure are the most common Lakeland calls, with the older Dixieland and Cleveland Heights areas a frequent source of homes needing real work.
